Bedrooms with garden light and balcony access
The bedrooms vary in tone and outlook. Windows on more than one side, fitted storage and a curved balcony connect the quieter rooms to the house around them.
Pale stone, white tile and darker contrasts
The bathrooms move between pale stone surfaces, white tile and a darker shower enclosure. Their compact layouts are shown plainly rather than treated as decorative scenes.
Four bedrooms, four bathrooms
Villa Nanicky has four bedrooms, each with a double bed, and four bathrooms, three with showers — comfortable for a full house without anyone waiting in line.
No pool, but a view that doesn't need one
Villa Nanicky has no swimming pool, but the rooftop terrace looks out over the sea and the harbour beyond a screen of pine trees. A south-facing balcony catches the morning light, the rooftop terrace has a grill and lounge seating, and a terrace running the full way around the house gives shade or sun at any hour.
The harbour is the neighbourhood
Villa Nanicky sits within walking distance of Golfe-Juan's harbour, lined with bars and restaurants. Nice Airport is about 23 minutes by car, or roughly 30 minutes by public transport plus a 10-minute walk.
