What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect only what you enter in the form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your preferred arrival and departure dates
• The number of guests
• Any message you choose to add

Why we process it

We process this information on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): responding to a booking enquiry you have chosen to send us. We do not use it for marketing, and it is never sold or shared with third parties beyond the processors listed below.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 12 months from the date you send them, after which they are deleted. This period lets us correspond about a stay that may be booked well in advance and follow up after your visit, without keeping your information indefinitely.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is sent to the property owner using Resend, an email delivery service based in the United States. Resend processes this data under a Data Processing Agreement and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. This website itself is hosted and served through Cloudflare, which processes standard connection information (such as your IP address) to deliver and secure the site.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format.
